Year after year, all of us in health care strive for more. We want to be better, to make a difference. It's been called “the relentless pursuit of quality" by the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council.
This never-ending pursuit means that people are constantly coming up with new ways to improve the quality of health care. In B.C., many of these people and projects are captured as part of the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council Awards. The 2021 BC Quality Awards included 17 winners and runners-up, and we are extremely proud to share that eight of them are from PHSA.
