Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network

The Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network offers clinical care, education and research opportunities to support patients experiencing post-COVID symptoms and their health-care providers.

The Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network aims to support the best possible outcomes for people recovering from lingering symptoms after COVID-19 infection, through research, education and care. The Network is a partnership between PHSA, B.C.’s health authorities, patients and research organizations across the province and offers interdisciplinary clinics, supports for primary care providers, and resources to help those affected manage their symptoms.

Clinical Care

B.C. has established a network of clinics, staffed by an interdisciplinary team of health-care professionals, to support post-COVID patients in their recovery. The clinics offer in person and virtual appointments.

You can be referred if you have a BC Care Card and you're still experiencing symptoms that limit your function and quality of life 3 months or more post-COVID-19. Speak to your family doctor or nurse practitioner about a referral.

You can refer patients with a BC Care Card who have symptoms, persisting 3 or more months post-COVID which limit their function and quality of life.

Other causes for symptoms must be thoroughly investigated prior to referral (see Pre Referral Diagnostic Checklist). Your patient does not need a positive COVID test for referral.
