Remote access (Citrix)

To access the PHSA network when off-site, log on to the Citrix Remote Access Portal ( and use your regular login information plus your remote access token PIN and passcode.

You cannot use the portal unless you have a remote access token. To learn how to request access, review the top 5 things to know about Citrix.

With your supervisor’s approval, you can request a token via the IMITS self-service portal (network access required).

If you are working remotely and need help with Citrix, please contact the Service Desk via:

The majority of PHSA sites use the Cisco phone system. For quick tips on accessing your voicemail from off-site and main menu shortcuts, view this voicemail help guide. Note: this guide does not apply to C&W's phone system or the Cisco system used in Prince George, Kelowna and Victoria. We do not have guides for those at this time.

Links below are only accessible via a health authority-networked computer or via Citrix.

PeopleSoft is an application that manages:
  • expense claims
  • ePro (online ordering)
  • process people-related transactions via manager's desktop

Workforce Management (WFM)

WFM (formerly Workbrain) allows employees to schedule work hours and absences. Designated staff can schedule and approve hours.

Login to WFM

Self-serve staff:

Accessing off-site: enter your network domain before entering your username and password.  For example: phsabc\username. Your WFM password is the same as your PHSA (or BCEHS) network password.

Visit the WFM POD page or BCEHS WFM intranet page to find online eLearning courses and learn more about WFM.

Contact Workforce Central via or call
604-875-7181 (Option 5) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m, Monday to Friday.
Pay advice
View, save or print your pay advice from the comfort of your home, or from anywhere within Canada or the continental United States.

Access your pay advice

To access it from home or other non-PHSA network location,  logon to Enter your Domain\username and use your corresponding password.

When you're done, ensure that you completely close your web browser (not just the paperless pay advice tab) after you have logged out of your pay advice.

For security reasons, we recommend that you do not use a public computer for checking your private and confidential pay advice.

If you are accessing inside the PHSA network (e.g., from your workstation), no further login will be required.

Need help?

If you are experiencing problems viewing your paperless pay advice or need technical support (passwords and network access issues), please call the service desk:  604-675-4299 / 1-888-675-4299.
Clinical links

We will remove these links in February 2022. These links are available in the Clinical Tools menu at the top of every POD page.

Please update your bookmarks as needed.

How to access POD from off the network

To access POD off the network (e.g. from home) you will need the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Most staff who are working remotely will already have the app.
