We hope this experience will help you better understand and navigate our organization’s culture, policies, and expectations—and prepare you for the days and months ahead. Thank you choosing PHSA as your employer!
If you have not already, please ensure that you complete the PHSA New Hire Orientation Curriculum (note: BCEHS CUPE employees please ensure you complete your curriculum):
This is the first step in your onboarding process. Please see below for information on onboarding during your first week with PHSA.
Your first week is all about getting oriented with the organization, your team, and your work. As a reminder, you should have completed the
PHSA New Hire Orientation Curriculum (or
BCEHS CUPE Curriculum), to help you understand a bit more about PHSA.
The information below will help guide you through your first week with us. Please ensure you review and complete all the required training via LearningHub (our online training tool).
You should complete all of the benefits forms before you start, but if you are not able, ensure any outstanding documentation relating to your pay or benefits is completed as early as possible.
If you have not received the package and forms, or if you would like more information, please contact the Employee Records and Benefits:

The LearningHub is PHSA's online education and training tool for both online and classroom courses. The LearningHub offers many benefits, such as: course tracking, personalized email reminders, and learning history. The LearningHub is available to you even before your first day at work. To access the LearningHub, follow instructions on how to create your employee LearningHub account. You may also contact
LearningHub Support for further assistance.
In addition to the PHSA New Hire Online Orientation curriculum, all employees are required to complete an eLearning curriculum through LearningHub within the first week of starting work. The curriculum was designed to make it easy for you to complete from a home or work computer.
