The Langley Fulfillment Centre is a key hub site supporting the provincial supply chain. This site processes over 100,000 line items per week.

DataDocks, is the Dock Scheduling software for our Langley Fulfillment Centre.
With DataDocks, suppliers will have 24/7 access to our online booking portal, enabling them to schedule, modify, and view appointments in real time. This new system will streamline the booking process, improve communication, and deliver greater efficiency for both PHSA and our valued suppliers.

Is registration with DataDocks required?
- Small shipments (loose cartons): Registration and appointment booking are not required when delivering to Langley Fulfillment Center.
- Palletized shipments (one pallet or more): Registration is required, and all suppliers and carriers must book appointments through DataDocks.
Is DataDocks required when delivering to the 86 Avenue or Hopcott warehouses?
No. DataDocks is currently used only for deliveries to Langley Fulfillment Center (8521 198A Street, Langley).
How far in advance should I book an appointment?
For morning deliveries, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
What information is required when booking an appointment?
- Carrier name
- Purchase Order number
- Supplier name
- Number of pallets for each PO
- Total number of pallets for the appointment
- Packing slip upload
We use a third-party carrier, how should appointments be booked?
There are two options:
You book the appointment and share the appointment number with your carrier.
Invite your carrier to DataDocks, allowing them to book appointments on your behalf.
Are carriers able to complete multiple shipments under one appointment booking?
Yes, multiple shipments can be delivered under one appointment. Under the appointment booking, carriers should create a line for each supplier.
