What We Do

Research Services provides leadership, expertise, and operational support in research administration, clinical trials, governance, and compliance to advance high-quality research across PHSA.

We support PHSA’s research programs by:

  • ​coordinating with Corporate Services to strengthen support for PHSA’s research mandate;

  • guiding researchers and staff through PHSA’s research processes and governance requirements;

  • ​supporting researchers in navigating research privacy requirements​ in collaboration with other PHSA Corporate Services;

  • providing regulatory, quality, and operational support for clinical trials​ to enable safe, compliant, and efficient study conduct;

  • managing PHSA’s Research Conflict of Interest (COI) process to promote transparency and safeguard public trust.​
