Performance & Disciplinary Guidance

PHSA is committed to creating an equitable, anti-racist and culturally safe health system where everyone can thrive.

The Executive Medical Group (EMG) has identified a learning need to help medical staff understand what to expect when receiving performance feedback from their leaders and where to access support.
This initiative responds directly to findings from the 2023 Medical Staff Wellness and Workplace Survey, which highlighted the importance of fostering a psychologically safe and respectful workplace and strengthening communication, transparency and accountability between medical leadership and staff.
