Internet Access & EMR Integration

Community-Based End Users Can Access CareConnect: 

  1. Directly over the Internet via any internet browser. The CareConnect team will send you these instructions after you have completed the appropriate enrolment steps. 
  2. ‘Rapid Access’ button available through certain Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Vendors.
    • Rapid Access from your EMR allows you to open a patient’s profile on CareConnect directly through your EMR with a single click. 
    •  Check the chart below to see whether Rapid Access is available for your EMR.  
    • Access may vary depending on if your clinic uses the Internet versus the Private Physician Network (PPN). Please contact your IT department for more information.
    • The CareConnect team will inform you on how to activate the EMR integration after you are approved for access.
