Today and everyday, we honour and centre the brilliance of Two-Spirit and gender diverse Indigenous people and celebrate the diversity of gender and sexualities that have always existed within Indigenous communities.

Two-Spirit and Indigenous queer and trans relatives, as well as allies, co-conspirators, families and friends, are invited to join a celebration hosted by the Community-Based Research Centre’s Two-Spirit Program at Junction on Davie in Vancouver. This year’s theme is “Bringing sexuality back into our Medicine Wheel”. Head to their Call to Action for more information.

You can also recognize the day by checking out our list of resources below or registering in Trans Care BC’s course on Indigenous gender diversity. The course has been completed by 1,818 people since it was launched in spring 2022!
