​The Peer Wellness Co-Facilitator will co-facilitate peer groups for trans, gender diverse, and Two-Spirit people and will participate in and promote peer-based activities and opportunities within the Peer Program. Facilitators work collaboratively alongside the Trans Care BC team, community members, and local organizations to promote access to gender affirming care through peer connection, support, and the sharing of information and resources. Some skill building and training opportunities will be provided as part of this contract, which runs until January 30, 2023.
