Clinical Mentor Spotlight: Dr. Charles-Olivier Basile

We are pleased to introduce our May 27th Clinical Mentorship Call mentor: Dr. Charles-Olivier Basile!

‎Dr. Charles-Olivier Basile (he/him) is a family physician working in Montreal since 2017 whose outpatient practice is largely focused on caring for trans and non-binary individuals at Clinique médicale 1851. He participates frequently in the training of healthcare workers to improve access to gender affirming care in Quebec and Canada. He also works in palliative care at St. Mary's Hospital and at the CLSC LaSalle.

Physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, registered clinical counsellors, and registered health care professionals are invited to join Dr. Charles-Olivier Basile on the May 27th Mentorship Call. This Zoom meeting will provide an opportunity for sharing of information and resources, clinical discussion and professional networking. 

Trans Care BC’s Clinical Mentorship Call is held every Thursday from 12:10 to 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). If you would like to be involved, please email trans.edu@phsa.ca to be included on our distribution list. Meeting minutes will be made available to all members.
