Join Lu Lam for an experiential gathering to learn more about heart, body, and land-based mindfulness wellness approaches that QTBIPOC communities are asking for. Simple tools will be offered that can enhance how you can support QTBIPOC folks. Lu Lam, M. Ed. C.C.C. is a Chinese-Taiwanese trans-identified Clinical Counsellor, Clinical Educator, and Mindfulness Consultant in private practice.
Lu's been supporting trans, non-binary, Two-Spirit, and gender-expansive communities for over 13 years. Lu specializes in an intersectional anti-oppression approach that is body and land-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness. He has developed a trans-affirming curriculum for health institutions and post-secondary organizations in both Toronto and Vancouver. He loves to meditate, cherish family time, hike, wild swim, paddle, and climb.
