​Adrienne Smith is a lawyer who represented a youth who was at the BC Supreme Court challenging an injunction their parent got from the court to stop their chest construction surgery. The ruling from BC Supreme Court Justice, announced January 18, 2021, means the youth can proceed with their chest construction surgery. Adrienne will provide an explanation about the legal implications of treating youth, given the court's decision.
