Join us in conversations on mental health for Bell Let’s Talk Day on January 28th. Bell Let’s Talk Day encourages us to have discussions on mental health to break the silence and stigma around mental health concerns - which are more prevalent during Covid-19. Join us in the following activities:
- On Thursday January 28th, post a short story or a comment on social media of an act of kindness or compassion that YOU have given, witnessed, or received during Covid-19. You can use Instagram (tag phsa.bc), Twitter (tag @PHSAofBC and @BellLetsTalk) or LinkedIn (tag @phsa.bc).
- Comment on the January 28th PHSA News article on the POD with a short story or a comment of an act of kindness or compassion that YOU have given, witnessed, or received during Covid-19. Win a Happy Light as a prize for commenting!
- Join an informative 15 minute coffee break activity on January 28th at 10am or 2pm to engage in conversation on mental health with colleagues. Register here on the LearningHub.
