If your laptop has a blue screen:
- Visit a support hub (listed below). Health authority staff can visit any of these locations, regardless of your home health authority or team location. Bring your health authority-issued laptop and your health authority photo ID.
- Call or send an email to your Service Desk, or contact the team via Chat. Please reference 'blue screen' in your message and include your site or location, type of device and your own contact information.
- Central City, 13450 – 102nd Ave, Surrey, Reception area, 4th floor: July 29 - August 2 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops: Tues August 6, 8 a.m. - 12 noon
- Community Health Services Centre, Kelowna: Tues August 6, 8 a.m. - 12 noon
