Resources for Leaders & Teams

Find resources, information, and tools for leaders to support their teams during the COVID-19 response. This includes co-existing with COVID-19 team sessions, leadership coaching services, and online resources.
New resources:

Facilitated by Psychological Health and Safety leaders, these didactic and experiential sessions address topics including: Coping with Uncertainty, Connection and Communication, Trauma-Informed Practice: Caring during COVID-19. 

Leaders and teams can also request specific topics.  Facilitators are also available to provide a general psychosocial ‘check-in’ with your team including access to relevant resources.

How to request a session:

Fifteen4me sessions are bit-size bits of wellness & learning for your team, these sessions offer fifteen minutes of engagement, connection and opportunity.

Coaching services offers leaders confidential one-to-one coaching support as you lead your teams through COVID.  

Our certified Leadership Coaches will partner with you in having a supportive conversation to:

  • Create a safe space to help you explore your own internal experience, while navigating emotionally charged issues. 
  • Work through topics such as managing challenging workplace issues, learning from feedback, and navigating the unknown.
  • Explore how you can maintain your energy levels and show up at your best.
  • Identify what your next step will be and hold you accountable in taking it.
  • Support you in your leadership of others.

The COVID-19 pandemic toolkit (PDF) provides valuable and informative materials with information for leaders to support their teams during the COVID-19 response. This includes crisis management services specifically relating to emerging COVID-19 challenges, online courses for leading change and facilitating resilience in the workplace.

Access tools and supports for leaders (PDF). This document includes articles and videos to support leaders and their teams during this time. Please share with your colleagues, as needed.
If you have direct reports, consider joining one of the upcoming sessions. This training will outline a step-by-step approach for supervisors, managers and leaders of all levels, to increase confidence in providing a first-line response to staff who are experience psychological distress in the workplace.
