On-demand technical support is just a phone call away.

​With Telehealth’s live videoconferencing Support Service, you can be confident that you and your patients are supported when it matters most.

Technical Support can assist you with

  • answering questions about equipment and software requirements;
  • testing equipment and connections prior to a videoconference;
  • troubleshooting technical issues the day-of or during a videoconference; and
  • extending the duration of a videoconference, should it require more time (and participants’ room schedules permit it).
