The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Database enables healthcare visitors to search and view MSDSs via the internet and substantially reduces the amount of time and effort needed to find, establish and maintain an MSDS library.
OHS Connect is a community where anyone working for one of BC’s Health Authorities can collaborate on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) related projects and resource development, access provincial OH&S resources and take part in webinars from experts leading the OH&S field.
This service assists provincial initiatives and programs by designing and developing education and performance support solutions, developing change management strategies and communications collateral to support rollouts of new initiatives.
The incident investigation tracking tool allows healthcare managers and supervisors to accurately track and monitor workplace incident investigations. The web-based tool was developed collaboratively by all of the health authorities, and promotes thorough and consistent incident investigations. It also allows online submission to WorkSafeBC.
The Workplace Health Indicator Tracking and Evaluation (WHITE) Database is a web-based system that centralizes information on incident tracking and case management. The information enables the healthcare sector to reduce and/or eliminate workplace injuries, provide prompt clinical and workplace interventions to reduce disability and time loss, and evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs.
