Surgeon and MOA Access to SPR Data
SURGEONS
If you are a surgeon performing surgery in BC, you can access the SPR, including your individual data and summary provincial wait time data, through the SPR Data Mart.
If you would like to access BC SPR data, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete the following form:
Mac users may be required to download Firefox to open the above links.
Step 2: Submit the completed form to the HA SPR Administrator in your region:
Note: HA SPR Administrators only grant access to the SPR for those surgeons currently performing surgery in their region.
Step 3 - Access Granted - Surgeon ISA
Once your access is set up, you will be e-mailed your username and password. Step-by-step instructions to access SPR data.
Surgeon and MOA Log In Quick Sheet
The first time you log on to the SPR, you will be required to read and agree to the PHSA SPR Surgeon Information Sharing Agreement (ISA).
You will now have access to SPR data.
| NOTE to Surgeons: If you would like your MOA to be able to access your SPR data, the MOA will need to also complete Steps 1 and 2 above using the Surgeon Office Staff forms below. ALSO, you must have SPR access and have signed off on the PHSA ISA before your MOA will be able to access data. |
