Board Meeting Schedule & Attendance Records
The PHSA board has six pre-scheduled meetings a year. The 2012 meeting dates are as follows:
- Feb. 23 (Location: Vancouver)
- Apr. 26 (Location: Vancouver)
- June 21 (Location: Vancouver)
- Aug. 23 (Location: Prince George, B.C.)
- Oct. 18 (Location: Courtenay, B.C.)
- Dec. 6 (Location: Vancouver)
As a health authority with a province-wide mandate, the PHSA is committed to holding board meetings outside the Lower Mainland. Exact locations and times for the 2010 board meetings will be publicized as they are determined.
Opportunities will be provided to the public to make presentations to the Board before or after the regular Board meeting in conjunction with each board meeting. Please refer to the Request to Present to the PHSA Board page for more information. When you make your request, please be sure to include the name of the presenter, the group/delegation they represent, the topic and a 200 to 300 word summary of the presentation. This information must be received at least 15 business days before the meeting.
